Made this yesterday and tomorrow I will finish the process. It is all about what I love to make, jelly and the herb of the year, horseradish (
Armoracia rusticana). So got to run and do errands before our last supper with our dear friend, Jim. He lost his older daughter and his beloved wife last year and he is moving to the Chicago area to be closer to his only daughter. We will miss him, but we know it is the best move for him. The longest journey begins with the biggest step.
